SETH E. SHIMERDA

Graduate of the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law, Mr. Shimerda passed the Missouri Bar Exam in the summer of 2018. During his time in Law School, Seth was a volunteer as a Rule 13 Attorney in the Child and Family Services Clinic where he assisted indigent families with their juvenile and probate law needs. Additionally, Mr. Shimerda worked as a Law Clerk at Mark M. Ferguson, Attorney at Law, L.L.C. Since he began practicing law, Seth has dedicated himself to providing his clients with zealous advocacy in both the areas of Criminal Defense and Civil Family Law.

Seth is almost always at court. If it isn’t the courtroom, it’s the tennis or basketball variety where you can find him. Mr. Shimerda is an avid movie goer who enjoys all genres alike. To reset, Seth loves to hop on a plane and travel to a sun-kissed beach, snow-capped mountain, or a history rich city.
